When evidence is insufficient

How citations are assembled

The server rejects unknown or uncited claims, maps accepted claim IDs to trusted source-record IDs and URLs, and builds the visible evidence list after validation. Citation markers support the sentence; the generated answer itself is not a Boeing, government, or source-agency statement.

What the bundle omits

The analyst cannot browse, call tools, fetch later filings, inspect every legislative action, recover individual contributor data, infer an organization's position from an issue code, or establish motive, coordination, access, effectiveness, wrongdoing, legality, or causal effect.
