What belongs in an update

A material source refresh or coverage-period change.
A methodology, identity, classification, or amount-calculation change.
A material correction that changes a core fact or reasonable reading.
A changed AI evidence bundle, safety rule, provider behavior, or evaluation result.
A change in launch, indexing, campaign, or external-service status.

Current publication status

Phase 6 was accepted and public indexing was owner-authorized September 5, 2026. Published registry pages are crawlable; unavailable and unpublished detail routes remain noindex. Operator and legal review, production-service settings, external accessibility review, production-domain checks, Search Console ownership, and sitemap submission remain separate gates. No crowdfunding campaign is active.
