Gov Influence is the public project name and info@govinfluence.com is the approved contact. The repository does not establish the exact legal or individual operator or governing jurisdiction. No jurisdiction-specific waiver, venue, arbitration, warranty, or liability term should be inferred until final legal review is completed.

Informational purpose and source authority

Gov Influence provides general public-record information and education, not legal, financial, lobbying-compliance, campaign-finance, investment, or political advice. Government source systems remain authoritative for their records. Project calculations, classifications, summaries, and AI output are not official agency determinations or statements by a person or organization described.

Accuracy and interpretation limits

Records may be incomplete, delayed, amended, differently defined, or changed after retrieval. A missing record is not proof of no activity. Association, sponsorship, shared subjects, committee responsibility, timing, committee identity, and award-recipient identity do not establish motive, support, opposition, influence, wrongdoing, or causation.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with service, evade technical safeguards, or attempt to obtain credentials or unpublished data.
• Do not misrepresent Gov Influence content or AI output as an official government record or source statement.
• Do not use the site to harass, threaten, unlawfully profile, or target a person, or to reconstruct excluded individual contributor data.
• Do not automate traffic in a way that disrupts service or source-access obligations.

Content and intellectual property

Official records, agency marks, linked material, and third-party content remain subject to their source terms and applicable law; Gov Influence does not claim ownership merely by linking or quoting a limited record description. The site's original selection, explanatory text, code, design, and branding may carry separate rights. No broad reuse license is granted by these terms; contact Gov Influence for a proposed use and consult the source for source-record rights.

Third-party links and service availability

Links to LDA.gov, Congress.gov, FEC, USAspending, official offices, OpenAI, Kit, and other services are provided for verification or functionality. Their availability, security, accuracy, and terms are outside Gov Influence's control. The site, integrations, records, and features may be changed, suspended, or unavailable; no uninterrupted-service promise is made.

Corrections and unresolved legal terms

Report suspected errors through the correction process. Final disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, dispute handling, operator notice, and any consumer-rights language must be supplied or approved by the confirmed operator and appropriate legal reviewer. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
